How to measure blood pressure correctly at home?

Measuring blood pressure at home is much easier than you think.

Just follow these 8 simple steps.

1. Avoid 30 minutes before the measurement: from smoking, from drinking coffee or tea, from eating, from physical exercise.

2. Sit down and rest for 3-5 minutes before taking the measurement.

3. Choose a quiet room with a normal temperature.

4. It is possible not to speak during the measurement,

5. Sit quietly with your back to the floor.

6. Do not keep your legs crossed, put your feet on the floor,

7. Use a cuff that fits the width of your arm. Wrap the cuff around the bare arm according to the user manual (usually the left arm).

8. Do not strain during the measurement.

Use clinically approved  PiC Solution brand blood pressure monitors.
